Fellowship Announcement - Post-doctoral Fellowship - PTDC/MHCPSO/1044/2014
Within the project PTDC/MHCPSO/1044/2014, “Team cognition, adaptation and multiteam systems in dynamic environments”, financed by national funds and FCT, one Post-doctoral fellowship, is open with the following conditions and characteristics:
1. Duration and Activities: 12 months, starting in July 2016. The grant contract may be renewed for two additional periods of 12 months.
2. Scientific area and goals: The work to be developed is in the scientific area of Organizational behavior.
The work will be carried out at the Business Research Unit of ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in Lisbon, Portugal.

3. Background and Experience:
PhD in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior.
Good knowledge and experience in Methodology of the Scientific Research.
Proficiency in English – speaking and writing
Experience in quantitative studies preferably at the level of work teams
Domain in software MPlus, R
4. Compensation: Consistent with the regulations of the FCT Bolsa de Gestão de Ciência e Tecnologia, €1495.00/month with PhD (http://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores.phtml.pt ).
5. How to Apply:
Send a Curriculum Vitae, copy of Diplomas of the Degrees obtained, two recommendation letters and other documents considered relevants.

Research Week ISCTE-IUL 2016
The ISCTE-IUL Research Week 2016 will be held on 30 May to 3 June at ISCTE-IUL, building II.
ISCTE-IUL organizes several initiatives on key research themes of the Institute, with the participation of the scientific community, decision-makers and the society.
The presence in the Research Week events is free, but it should be confirmed through registration.

2016 FCT Call for PhD Studentships and Post-Doctoral fellowships
The Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) will open the call for PhD Studentships and Post-doctoral fellowships – 2016.
The application will be open from 15 June to 15 July, 2016.
Post-doctoral Fellowships are available for PhD holders. Fellowships have a maximum duration of six years, upon mid-term approval and budget availability.
PhD Studentships support research projects of graduates who comply with the requirements to apply for PhD studies. Studentships have a maximum duration of four years, and minimum of six consecutive months.
Applications should be submitted online, via the dedicated platform. Only one proposal per applicant is allowed.
