Highly Commended Paper of 2016
The Business Research Unit congratulates the researchers Ana Passos and Patricia Lopes Costa from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources group and Clara Barata by their paper “Multilevel influences of team viability perceptions”, published in the Team Performance Management: An International Journal, that was selected by the journal’s editorial team as a Highly Commended Paper of 2016.

Fellowship Announcement – Bolsa de Investigação (BI) -PTDC/MHCPSO/1044/2014)
Within the project PTDC/MHCPSO/1044/2014, “Team cognition, adaptation and multiteam systems in dynamic environments”, financed by national funds and FCT, one “Bolsa de Investigação (BI)” is open with the following conditions and characteristics:
1. Duration and Activities: 12 months, starting in June 2016. The grant contract may be renewed for two additional periods of 12 months.
2. Scientific area and goals: The work to be developed is in the scientific area of Organizational behavior.
The work will be carried out at the Business Research Unit of ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in Lisbon, Portugal.
Scientific Orientation: Ana Passos
4. Background and Experience:
Master on Social and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or Organizational Behavior.
Good knowledge and experience in Methodology of the Scientific Research.
Proficiency in English – speaking and writing
Experience in quantitativee studies preferably at the level of work teams
5. Compensation: Consistent with the regulations of the FCT Bolsa de Gestão de Ciência e Tecnologia, €980.00/month with master. (http://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores.phtml.pt ).

III Congresso Nacional da Formação Profissional
O III Congresso Nacional da Formação Profissional é uma iniciativa conjunta do Forma-te, ISCTE-IUL, McDonald´s e TAP Portugal, que visa dinamizar o sector da formação profissional, juntando os seus principais actores e dinamizadores. "Pensar a Formação" é assim o objectivo geral deste evento que pretende partilhar opiniões, experiências e conhecimentos dos especialistas da área da formação profissional em Portugal.
O III Congresso Nacional da Formação Profissional será realizado no Grande Auditório do ISCTE-IUL, no dia 31 de Março de 2016, em Lisboa.
A Comissão Organizadora, inclui os investigadores, António Caetano, Aristides Ferreira, Silvia Silva e Susana Santos, do grupo de Comportamento Organizacional e Recursos Humanos da BRU-IUL.
