Program Outline
The curriculum of this specialization has a multidisciplinary nature and is designed to provide advanced training in basic and applied research in several areas of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, as selection, training, evaluation, rewards, careers, skills and behavior of individuals and teams in organizations.

Knowledge. Deeper theoretical, conceptual and methodological knowledge of the micro and macro phenomena of areas such as individuals, groups, systems and organizational contexts, social and technological; |

Specialized training. The program encourages students to conduct innovative research in various areas of Management and Human Resources, therefore promoting solid professional perspectives, either an academic career or a top-level professional career; |

Pedagogic monitoring. The close supervision ensures that students' skills are being fully developed, that results are being analyzed and duly reported, that findings are being disseminated at national and international levels and that the Ph.D. thesis is defended within three or four years. |
